In 2020, a group of students with lecturers Dr. Karen ann Donnachie & Dr. Andy Simionato from RMIT’s Communication Design Program gathered to test the boundaries in the field of Augmented Reality.

As industry partner, they chose Appearition, a Melbourne-based innovative augmented reality (AR) solution-driven organisation. The collaborative outcome of this practice-led studio is a new Appearition AR app (“AR u ready”) launched through both Google Play and the Apple Appstore, and the omonymous publication AR u ready?
